60 ml ouzo, 3 teaspoons homemade fig marmelade, 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 20 ml orange liquer.
Pour the ouzo into the shaker, add fig jam, lemon juice and the orange liqueur. Shake well and serve in a glass with ice cubes. Garnish with one dry fig.
