INGREDIENTS
60 ml ouzo. 20 ml chocolate infused olive oil, 3 pieces of dark chocolate, 30 ml grape syrup (petimezi).
DESCRIPTION
Put 3 pieces of dark chocolate in the shaker, press with the muddler, add chocolate infused olive oil, petimezi and ouzo. Shake and serve in a Martini glass. Garnish with a piece of chocolate and an olive.
