60 ml ouzo,20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 30 ml homemade fir honey syrup, soda.
Pour the ouzo into the shaker, add lemon juice and a spoonful of honey or honey syrup. double strain and add soda. Serve in a champagne glass and place some lemon peel or asteroid anise garnish.
