60 ml tsipouro, 60 ml mountain tea, homemade ginger syrup.
Put the tsipouro in an old fashioned glass, add mountain tea (boiling water and fresh tea) and ginger syrup (if there is no syrup, put three pieces of ginger and a little sugar and press them with the muddler. Garnish with a little fresh mountain tea.
