60 ml tsipouro, 3 pieces of dark chocolate, 40 ml black cherry infused balsamic vinegar.
Put the chocolate in the shaker, press it with the muddler, add the tsipouro and the balsamic vinegar. Shake well and serve in a champagne glass. Garnish with grated chocolate and balsamic vinegar on the rim of the glass.
