Glass: Martini | Ice: No | Method: Roll or shake | Garnish: one cherry tomato
60 ml tsipouro, 60 ml fresh tomato juice, salt, 20 ml homemade ginger syrup, 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Pour the tsipouro into the shaker, add freshly grated tomatoes salt, ginger syrup, (if unavailable put three pieces of ginger) and lemon juice. Shake and serve in the glass. Garnish with a cherry tomato.
