60 ml ouzo, 60 ml sage tea (faskomilo) 20 ml homemade red hot pepper syrup.
Pour the ouzo in the glass, add sage tea (boiling water and fresh sage) and hot pepper syrup (alternatively a little sugar and tabasco). Garnish with a small hot pepper.
