60 ml tsipouro, 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of homemade olive marmelade, soda.
Pour the tsipouro into the shaker and add the lemon, jam and soda. Shake and serve in the glass doublestrained . Garnish with two olives.
