60 ml tsipouro, 4 teaspoons roasted sesame, 30 ml homemade fir honey syrup, 30 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
Pour the tsipouro into the shaker, roast sesame and add to the shaker. Add honey syrup (if not available, one teaspoon of honey plus water) and grapefruit juice (preferably freshly squeezed, otherwise out of a carton box).
